Trebor Developments have secured detailed planning consent for a five unit industrial and logistics scheme at Eastern Gateway, Ipswich. Units will range from 10,000 sq ft up to 55,000 sq ft and will be built on a speculative basis.
Works will commence on site in October 2022 and units will be ready for tenants from May 2023 which is expected to create approximately 350 jobs for Ipswich and surrounds.
Ipswich Borough Council are carrying out further improvements to the wider scheme including new estate roads and access, cycleways, and public footpath links which enhance the offering to future tenants even further.
